Excellent location and cost-effective prices for the area. The hotel is walking distance from all the attractions and restaurants in the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, especially Mahmoud, who was always willing to help us with our needs.

The hotel did not have any heating system in the rooms, which made our stay very uncomfortable. We had to wear warm clothes and use extra blankets, which were not enough to keep us warm throughout the night.
